Garri
Gari is a Maniokprodukt from Africa.
The peeled, washed and grated tubers is stacked for fermentation into bags and dried after a few days. The result is a pale powder, which is stored for long periods. It can be as instant polenta are mixed with hot water to form a slurry. The taste is neutral and slightly acidic.
In West Africa, Gari is the main processing of cassava.
