GB Airways

GB Airways was a British charter airline based in London and based at London Gatwick Airport. She was a subsidiary of British Airways and a partner in the oneworld airline alliance.

History

GB Airways was founded in 1931 as Gibraltar Airways and eventually became part of British Airways. 2008 sold the GB Airways to the British budget airline easyJet, the GB Airways dissolved and fully integrated within itself. The former charter flights from GB Airways took over British Airways itself, the Airbus A320-200 of the company went to easyJet Airbus A321 -200 at easyJet also partly and partly on Monarch Airlines.
