The Gebke is a 7.6 km long, orographic right or northern tributary of the Ruhr in North Rhine-Westphalia Hochsauerlandkreis, Germany.

Geography

The creek rises about 2.2 km north-east of Evers mountain in the Arnsberg Forest at an altitude of 523 m above sea level. NN as Wall Mecke. Mostly southwest flowing down the stream changes after 2.9 km stretch of river to the mouth of the Aschholterbecke the name and is now called carbon Neither Bach. This name bears the Bach 1.4 km to the mouth of the Little Stone Mecke, from which it is now called Gebke. A short time later the brook reaches the city of Meschede, where the creek to 256 m above sea level. NN flows into the Ruhr.
