The Gebke is a 7.4 km long, orographic right or northern tributary of the Ruhr in North Rhine-Westphalia Hochsauerlandkreis, Germany.

Geography

The creek rises about 3.3 kilometers north of Meschede in the Arnsberg Forest at an altitude of 529 m above sea level. NN. Mostly southwest flowing down the creek flows to the east of Wennemen to 240 m above sea level. NN in the Ruhr. The Gebke prevails over the 7.4 km stretch of river a height difference of 289 m, corresponding to an average bed slope of 39.1 ‰. The creek drains a 6.956 km ² large catchment area over the Ruhr and Rhine to the North Sea.
