Gen’ichi Koidzumi

Gen'ichi Koidzumi (Japanese小泉 源 一, Koizumi Gen'ichi; * November 1, 1883, † 1953), also Gen'ichi Koizumi or gene Iti Koidzumi transcribed, was a Japanese botanist. His botanical author abbreviation is " Koidz. ".

Koidzumi wrote pamphlets to the phytogeography and monographs on Rose family ( Rosaceae ), maple plants ( formerly considered as a separate plant family Aceraceae ) and the genus of the mulberry (Morus ).
