Genista McIntosh, Baroness McIntosh

Genista Mary "Jenny" McIntosh, Baroness McIntosh of Hudnall ( born September 23, 1946 in London) is a British theatrical agent, theater director and politician of the Labour Party.

Life

Genista McIntosh was born as Genista Mary Tandy, the daughter of Geoffrey Tandy and his wife Maire. She grew up in Hertfordshire. She attended Hemel Hempstead Grammar School in Hemel Hempstead. She studied at the University of York; where she graduated in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and sociology from.

McIntosh was after her studies and her marriage since 1972 in various positions at the Royal Shakespeare Company operates. She is an Honorary Fellow of Goldsmiths College, University of London (2003) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts ( FRSA ).

Private

McIntosh married in 1971 Neil Scott Wishart McIntosh. From the marriage were two children, a son and a daughter. The marriage ended in divorce in 1988. McIntosh lived after the divorce with their children in North London. Her hobbies McIntosh is one music and gardening.
