Gennady Kuzmin
Henadij Kuzmin (Russian Геннадий Павлович Кузьмин / Gennady Pavlovich Kuzmin, Ukrainian Генадій Кузьмін, spelling the World Chess Federation FIDE Gennadi Kuzmin P, born January 19, 1946 in Marinsk ) is a Ukrainian, former Soviet chess grandmaster.
Henadij Kuzmin took from 1965 to 1991 eleven times in Soviet championships. 1973, the grandmaster title he was awarded by FIDE.
Kuzmin won in 1969, 1989 and 1999, the Ukrainian championship. He now works primarily as a chess coach, he oversaw Ruslan Ponomariov, Kateryna Lahno and Gennady Ginsburg.
