George A. Lundberg

George Andrew Lundberg ( born October 3, 1895 in Fairdale, North Dakota, † April 14, 1966 in Seattle, Washington) was an American sociologist. Lundberg was a leading proponent of neo-positivism and advocates of mathematical and statistical approaches in sociology. He was also an advocate of the principle of freedom from value judgment and of operationalism.

Lundberg was 1943, the 33rd President of the American Sociological Society.
