George S. Robertson

George Stuart Robertson ( born May 25, 1872 in London, † January 29, 1967 ) was a British athlete and tennis player. He studied at Oxford University. In 1896 he participated in the first modern Olympic Games.

Athletics

He participated in the discus throw, where he finished sixth with a distance of 25.20 m. In the shot put was successful with a width of 9.95 m and his fourth place.

Tennis

In the individual tournament, he was beaten from Greece already in the first round by Konstantinos Paspatis and thus different from.
