George Stack

George Stack ( born May 9, 1946 in Cork, Ireland) is Archbishop of Cardiff.

Life

George Stack received on 21 May 1972, the sacrament of Holy Orders and was incardinated in the clergy of the Archdiocese of Westminster.

On 12 April 2001, Pope John Paul II appointed titular bishop of Gemellae in Numidia and appointed him as Auxiliary Bishop in Westminster. The Archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Cormac Murphy - O'Connor, donated to him on 10 May of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the retired auxiliary bishop in Westminster, Victor Guazzelli, and the Bishop of Leeds, David Every constant.
