Dr. Georgi Lulchev - psychiatrist, neurologist, Chinese physician, administrator, amateur chef, entrepreneur and director of a hospital for mentally ill men - dreams of setting up a farm where his patients snails can Ostriches breed pheasants and silkworms and produce soybean products.
