Georgi Misharin

Georgi Pavlovich Mischarin (Russian Георгий Павлович Мишарин; born May 11, 1985 in Sverdlovsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with HK CSKA Moscow in the Kontinental Hockey League since May 2013.

Career

Georgi Mischarin began his career as a hockey player in the subprime Wysschaja league in which he was active for Dynamo-Energy Yekaterinburg in the season 2002/ 03. During this time he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round in 2003 when a total of 207 players from Minnesota Wild, for which he, however, never played.

He then played for the Saginaw Spirit and Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk. Then the defender in 2005 received a contract with HK CSKA Moscow, for which he spent a year as active in the Russian Super League. In the summer of 2006, the links Sagittarius moved to HK Dynamo Moscow, for whom he played one season. As of 2007 stood Mischarin for his former club CSKA Moscow HK on the ice. In early February 2011, he was obliged by HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk and completed for this to 2013 130 KHL games. In the summer of 2013, his contract ran out and Mischarin returned to CSKA Moscow.
