Gerasim Waleriew Korsakov ( Bulgarian Герасим Валериев Заков, English transcription: Gerasim Valeriev Zakov; born September 7, 1984 in Kliuch, Oblast Blagoevgrad ) is a Bulgarian football player.

Career

Association

Korsakov began with the club football in the youth of the Bulgarian traditional club CSKA Sofia. He was admitted here in the cadre of senior team in 2002 and played until the summer of 2005 for this club. In 2003 he spent a six-month loan period at Widima - Rakowski Sevlievo.

After he had left in the summer of 2005, CSKA Sofia, Korsakov played in a number of Bulgarian clubs. In the spring of 2013 he left Bulgaria and moved to the Chinese league to Chengdu Blades.

In the summer of 2013 Korsakov moved into the Turkish TFF 1 Lig to Boluspor. His move to Boluspor came later but not concluded.

National

Korsakov games in the years 2003 to 2005 a total of five times for the Bulgarian U-21 national team, scoring two goals.
