Gersz Salwe

Hersz ( Henryk ) Salwe ( born December 12, 1862 in Warsaw, † November 5, 1920 in Łódź ) was a Polish chess master.

Salwe, a wealthy industrialist, learned chess as a 20 -year-old in Warsaw cafés.
