Gert Trinklein

Gert Trinklein ( born June 19, 1949 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a former German football player.

He played in the years 1969-1978 a total of 230 Bundesliga appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 1978/79 season six second division games for Kickers Offenbach. From 1979 to 1980, Trinklein professional soccer in Dallas Tornado in Dallas, Texas. Since 1985 he is an independent businessman and markets sports events. He is also the organizer of the Hessen Cup.

Since 2006 Gert Trinklein part of the FDP parliamentary group in the Frankfurt city council.
