Gesta Treverorum

The Gesta Treverorum (Latin, literally " the deeds of Treverians " ) are a collection of stories, legends, papal letters and records of the Archbishop of Trier.

They were collected by the monks of the Benedictine Abbey of St. Matthias. The collection begins in 1105 and was continued until the end of the Electorate of Trier in 1794. Issued the Gesta Treverorum first 1836-39 by Johann Hugo Wyttenbach in three volumes.
