In the tidal world is a series of fantasy novels, playing in a fantasy world that is even referred to as tidal world. This is hit by a comet Splitter: the consequences are gigantic tsunamis, global climatic catastrophe and the awakening of a mysterious magic that apparently dreams and ideas can really be.

After the first Roman squadron consisted of Piper Verlag only the offer to bring the series to a novel instead of the planned eight other end. This offer, the authors have not noticed. Therefore the moment rests the novel series.

Authors

The novels are written by the authors Bernhard Hennen, Hadmar von Wieser, Thomas Finn and Karl -Heinz Witzko who have combined the pseudonym Magus Magellan. Here Magus stands for the magic to the world tide and Magellan for the discoverer component in the novels. The authors are known among other things through publications for the RPG The Dark Eye.

The Tide World saga spans a fictitious time frame of about 50 years and is roughly divided into three Roman squadrons.

Illustrations

The world maps were designed by Franz Vohwinkel represented by the illustration of games bestsellers, such as The Settlers of Catan and Magic:. The Gathering has become known The interior illustrations are by the German illustrator Caryad that has become known primarily for the RPG The Dark Eye.
