Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar

Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar is a Pakistani politician.

He was 1990 and 1997 for the city of Muzaffargarh elected to the National Assembly. Previously, he had been elected in 1985 and 1988, the Assembly of Punjab. He was from 1988 to 1990 Minister of the provincial government under Nawaz Sharif. In 2002, he was not allowed to run for the National Assembly because he was lacking after a change in the law, the required degree.

Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar owns large tracts of land in the Punjab province. His father Mohammed Yar Khar and his grandfather Malik Gulam were rich landowners. The family belongs to the tribe of Kharral.

He is the father of Pakistan Hina Rabbani Khar, Foreign Minister and the younger brother of Ghulam Mustafa Khar.
