Gidy
Gidy is a commune with 1626 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the Loiret in the Centre region and is about 20 km from Orléans. Mayor since 2001 Andreas Lopès.
Geography and transport
With an area of 23.9 km ² is the population density is about 64.5 inhabitants / km ². East of the village runs the Autoroute A10 Paris - Bordeaux (L' Aquitaine).
