Giovanni Carlo Maria Clari

Giovanni Carlo Maria Clari ( born September 27, 1677 Pisa, † May 16, 1754 ) was an Italian conductor and composer.

Giovanni Clari received his training from Giovanni Paolo Colonna the then conductor at S.Petronio in Bologna. 1712 Clari obtained the post of Kapellmeister in Pistoia, 1720 in Bologna, and finally at the cathedral in Pisa Among his pupils was Francesco Zannetti.
