GlaubeLiebeTod is the ninth official album by the Braunschweiger NDH band Oomph!.

After already partially rockier previous album, Truth or Dare, the Braunschweig return to the metal with this publication now completely back on.

Title list

Content

The fourth track on the album was originally the title of the presentation, " Play me the song of death " included, but was shortly before mass pressure nor the No of the copyright owner and is now called " The Loop ". On the CD packaging we corrected this error with a new track list that was glued over the old one.

The text of "A woman talks in her sleep " comes not from the band, but is a well-known poem by Erich Kästner.

" My sweetheart " deals content with the Lord of the Rings, its closer Gollum and his desire for the Ring, which was taken from him.

With " Are you dreaming " won Oomph! the Federal Vision Song Contest, after yet published due to its also the song as a single release in 2007.

Scandal

Despite the great success and due to the controversial topic of "God is a Popstar " were Oomph! short term excluded from the Echo Awards in March 2006 and boycotted on several television and radio stations.

Then they raffled their invitations along with " Gott ist ein Popstar " shirts to three fans who had the opportunity to attend under the stars of the show.
