Glogovac monastery

The monastery Glogovac (Serbian Manastir Glogovac ) is a monastery in the village Babići near Šipovo in the Serbian Republic of Bosnia - Herzegovina.

During the occupation of the Ottomans, the monastery was completely destroyed. The new church was completed in 1867-1869, but again it was destroyed in 1944 by the Ustasha. After the war it was rebuilt and is held every year since the " Janjski Sabor " on Manastir Glogovac. Even Patriarch Pavle of the Serbian Orthodox Church visited the major monastery.
