Gmina Człopa

The Gmina Człopa (municipality Schloppe ) is a city and rural community in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Headquarters is the place Człopa. The municipality covers an area of ​​250 km ² with a population of 5031.

Geography

The municipality is located in the south of the powiat Walęcki ( circle German crown), which lies in the southeast of West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Through the municipal area, the River Człopica pulls ( Mill Stream ), which originates near the city Człopa and after 29 kilometers in the drawa ( Drage ) opens.

Traffic

The municipal area is accessible through two major roads:

  • Country road 22 Kostrzyn nad Odra ( Kuestrin ) / Germany to Grzechotki ( Rehfeld ) / Russia ( former German imperial street 1 of Aachen Berlin to Königsberg ( Prussia ) and continue to Eydtkau )
