Gmina Złotów

The Gmina Złotów is a Polish rural community, which has its headquarters in the city Złotów, the city itself is not part of the municipality. The community is associated with the powiat Zlotowski and belongs since 1998 to the Greater Poland Voivodeship, previously the province Pila. The municipality covers an area of ​​292.5 km ², representing 17.61 % of the total area of ​​the powiat Zlotowski and has 9,000 inhabitants.

Geography

The community surrounding the city Złotów entirely. The eastern boundary of the municipality is identical to the existing 1920-1939 dividing line between Germany and Poland ( see Polish Corridor ).
