Gnaeus Cornelius Lentulus (consul 146 BC)

Gnaeus Cornelius Lentulus was a Roman senator and politician.

Gnaeus Cornelius Lentulus belonged to the branch of the family of Cornelius Lentuli. For the first time makes its appearance Lentulus 161 BC as an envoy of Rome to Cyrene. The highlight of his career was reaching the consulate in 146 BC at the side of Lucius Mummius. His son of the same held in the year 97 BC the office of Consul.
