Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus (consul 192 BC)

Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus was a Roman politician at the beginning of the 2nd century BC

196 BC he was plebeian aedile and was built on the Tiber Island in Rome a temple to Faunus, he urbanus 194 inaugurated as praetor BC. 192 BC, he became the first in his family consul. During his consulate and the following year as proconsul he fought in northern Italy against the Boii. 190 BC, he was legate in the war against Antiochus III. and at the battle of Magnesia probably crucially involved.
