Gò Mun culture

In the Go Mun culture ( Gò Mun culture) is a Bronze Age culture in Vietnam today. It flourished from about 1000 to 700 BC and was followed by the Dong - Zau culture. They had their extension in about. The Go Mun culture is named after the site Go Mun in the province of Phú Thọ. They mostly witnessed in the north of the country. The people of the Go Mun culture processed bronze but also stone objects are still common. Contrast, bone was a rare material, but there are amulets from Tiger, pig, or dog teeth.

The pottery is fired dark gray or light red and hard. The forms long legs and wide bellies are popular. The pottery is decorated with incised patterns.
