Godfrey Ho

Godfrey Ho ( born 1948 in Hong Kong as Chi Kueng Ho ) is a former Hong Kong - Chinese film director who in many ninja films directed in the eighties.

His work is referred to as "cut and paste " and resembles that of a disc jockey. While DJs mix songs and remixes, Godfrey Ho creates scenes from existing films a new movie. And for this he can then, for example, continues through some ninja scenes. Because of the number and the quality of his films Ho is also known as the " Ed Wood of Hong Kong cinema ". Between 1980 and 1990 Ho turned over 80 films, but only one after 1995. Many of his works have become cult films and, because of their quality as unintentionally funny.
