Goldin Finance 117

The Goldin Finance 117 (also called China 117 Tower ) is a skyscraper under construction that will reach a height of 597 meters when it is completed.

The standing in the district Xiqing the Chinese city of Tianjin skyscraper, which will have 117 floors would with its height the Taipei 101 in Taipei ( currently the third tallest skyscraper in Asia) by 89 meters and the Shanghai World Financial Center (currently the tallest building in China) exceed 105 meters. On the lower floors there is a hotel to be located, while the upper floors are used as offices and homes.

By early 2010, however, only a few homes were sold due to the current economic crisis, so the work end of January 2010 were stopped on the building. 2011, the construction was resumed, the completion is planned for 2016.
