Gorguts is a death metal band from Quebec.
Band History
The band was founded in 1989. Through their only demo ... And Then Comes Lividity she received a record deal with Roadrunner Records. After their second album and the separation of Roadrunner Records to Gorguts disbanded. 1998 returned the singer Luc Lemay back with a new cast. Were recorded and released two more albums about Olympic Records. After the suicide of drummer Steve MacDonald, the band broke up again. Some of the former members have formed a new band called negatives, which broke up now after a well-received EP again. Since December 2008, Gorguts are active again, in 2013 appeared the album Colored Sands.
