Gösta Ekman

Hans Gösta Ekman Gustav ( the Younger ) ( pronunciation: [ ˌ ʝœs ː ta ː e kman ], born July 28, 1939 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish actor, screenwriter and director. He is the grandson of actor Gösta Ekman ( the Elder) and son of actor Hasse Ekman. He is married to Marie -Louise Ekman, the artistic director of the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm from 2009.

Gösta Ekman started in the mid 1950s, his career as an assistant director for his father Hasse Ekman and worked as assistant director even when Ingmar Bergman, among others, for the film Wild Strawberries.
