Gotha Go 147

The Gotha Go 147 was a German experimental aircraft in brushless design.

With this project, the Gotha Coach factory closed in 1936 at the numerous experiments with tailless aircraft. The development was led by Dr. A. Kupper. The aircraft was as abgestrebter gull wing monoplane designed with fixed landing gear. The rudder was attached to both wingtips. When driving an Argus As 10 C was used with 240 hp. The crew consisted of two men who were sitting in a row. It was built only a copy. The plan was a go 147 B version, which should be used as weapons trainer - this is favored by the free field of fire to the back. However, was built only the trial copy of the A version.
