Grand Choral Synagogue

The Great Choral Synagogue is a synagogue in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. It was built in the years 1880-1893 in the Moorish style. It is located at Lermontovsky Brochure 2 in the Kolomna district west of the Kryukov Canal. The synagogue is part of the Orthodox community Petersburg. In St. Petersburg, about 90,000 Jews live. From 2000 to 2005, the synagogue was renovated.
