Greek Revival architecture

Greek Revival architecture is a historical term, within the meaning of classicism, especially also Palladian British origin referred imitating and copying of ancient Greek architecture and architectural elements in the 18th and 19th centuries. The term is usually used in accordance with its emergence regionally limited to the United Kingdom and the United States.

In the U.S., the American colonial form of the Georgian style is also called Antebellum architecture; a variety of preserved examples from the 19th century, where they have about the cities of Charleston (South Carolina) and Natchez (Mississippi).
