Green Screen film festival

Green Screen is a German international wildlife film festival. Shown are the long and short films. In addition to current productions and world premieres and classic nature film (for example, " Serengeti Shall Not Die " ) presented. Media Partner of the festival is the Studio Hamburg. As a framework program seminars and workshops will be organized on animal film.

The winners will each receive a trophy bonded natural sand. The sculpture is stable thanks to a cured adhesive mixture. On a plinth with slate on which the winner category is, there is a sphere of the festival logo.

History

Since 2007 Animal films are shown in theaters the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde and on mobile screens locally and in the region. In addition to natural vision Green Screen is one of the two largest international nature and wildlife film festival in Germany.

Since the year 2008, by Inge Sielmann, widow of Heinz Sielmann, donated Heinz Sielmann Prize is awarded " to promote nature films and to support the festival ." It is endowed with 5,000 euros.
