Greg Andrusak

Greg Andrusak ( born November 14, 1969 in Cranbrook, British Columbia ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defender. During his career he played for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League as well as for the polar bears Berlin, Berlin Capitals and the Hamburg Freezers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.

Career

Greg Andrusak was in the fifth round as the 88th overall player selected during the NHL Entry Draft in 1988 by the Pittsburgh Penguins. His career as a hockey player, he began earlier in the season 1986/87 at the Kelowna Packers of the British Columbia Junior Hockey League. From 1987 to 1992 Andrusak played both ice hockey team from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and the junior national team of Canada.
