Greinbach is a municipality with 1756 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the judicial district Fürstenfeld and in the political district of Hartberg in Styria Fürstenfeld in Austria.

Geography
Geographical Location
Greinbach is located about 3 km north-west of the district capital Hartberg and about 40 km northeast of the provincial capital of Graz. The district Penzendorf has grown together with Hartberg. The municipality belongs to the Joglland, a low mountain range at the transition from the Eastern Styrian hill country to the edge of mountains east of the Mur. It is located directly east of the nature reserve Pöllauer valley.
Greinbach is drained by the same creek and its tributaries, which are ultimately fed Hartberger Untersafen.

Greinbach is named after the creek. A village of this name does not exist. The municipality comprises the towns of the same name and cadastral Penzendorf ( 826 inhabitants), congestion roof ( 883 ) and Wolfsgrub (107 ) (as at 15 May 2001). The village of storage roof consists of the districts Aigen, Bacherhöf, Fünfhöf, Greinbach, Greith, Hochwarth, Hofstätt, Lämberhöf, Point, Pollethöf, Rauchegg, Sallegg, Schwaig and Seven birches.
Municipal amalgamation
On 1 January 1968, the formerly independent communities Penzendorf and storage roof were united to the new community Greinbach.

Internationally known Greinbach was the so-called PS Racing Center, a permanent race track that already has multiple races of the FIA European Rallycross were held.
Economy and infrastructure
Traffic
Greinbach is off the main roads. The change road B 54 from Hartberg to Wiener Neustadt performs the eastern municipality. The South A 2 motorway from Vienna to Graz is about seven kilometers away and across the junction Hartberg ( 115) accessible.
The community Greinbach does not have a railway station. The nearest train station is in Hartberg in about five miles away. It provides access to the spa with two hourly train regional train connections to Vienna and Fehring.
Graz Airport is approximately 74 km away.
Established businesses
In Höfstätt a sawmill is located. The industrial area Greinbach houses next to a big nightclub several construction companies (transport, construction, metal), service companies ( and others IT service provider ), a race track as well as several restaurants.
Public institutions
In Greith are the elementary school, the kindergarten and the chapel of the village dam roof. In Bacherhöf is the yard of the church Greinbach.
