Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo

Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo ( born December 25, 1961) is a former Norwegian biathlete and cross-country skier.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships 1985 in Seefeld in Tirol, she won the gold medal in the 20 km and two bronze in the 5 km and 10 km. In addition, it was with the Norwegian Relay World silver medalist. All competitions were then held in the classical technique. In her career as a cross country skier Nykkelmo won two World Cup competitions. In 1985, she won second place in the overall ranking of cross-country skiing World Cup.

In Lahti, Finland, she could triumph over 7.5 km at the Biathlon World Championships in 1991, finishing behind Petra Schaaf second place over 15 kilometers. Even with the Norwegian season as she won the silver medal in 1990.

Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo is married to the former Norwegian cross-country skier Vegard Ulvang.
