Grigori Roshal

Grigori Roshal Lvovitch (Russian Григорий Львович Рошаль; * 9 Oktoberjul / October 21 1899greg in Novozybkov, Russian Empire, .. † January 11, 1983 in Moscow) was a Russian theater and film director and screenwriter.

Roshal had acting lessons with Vsevolod Meyerhold. He then worked as a theater director, particularly for plays for children. In 1926 he made ​​his debut as a film director.
