The Grom -Bach is a left-side tributary of the Ohebachs which flows entirely in the territory of the municipality Frielendorf ( Schwalm -Eder -Kreis). Its source lies in the southeast of Linsingen at an altitude of 278 m. ü. NN. From Linsingen the Grom - stream first flows in a northeasterly direction to pan after about 600 meters to the north - west. Shortly before death Hausen pivots Grom - stream in an easterly direction, he changes at the local end of death squatting in a southerly direction to accrue on Spieskappel. Before the Grom -Bach Spieskappel reached it swings back to the north -east. To its confluence with the Ohebach ( near the Weidemühle ) on the outskirts of Frielendorf the Grom - Bach 4.65 kilometers traveled and bridges a height difference of about 36 meters.
