The Guaranty Financial Group Inc. is the second largest publicly traded money Texas House. It has 150 branches in Texas and California. On 24 July 2009 the company announced that it is undercapitalized. With the downfall of the company threatened with assets of about 16 billion U.S. dollars, the biggest failure of a U.S. bank in 2009.
