Guillaume Gauclin

Guillaume Gauclin ( born June 17, 1981 in Évreux ) is a French football goalkeeper. His biggest success is winning the Coupe de France in 2008 /09.

Career

Even as a youth played Gauclin in Guingamp. In 1997 he received a professional contract and was until 2001 in the squad of the club. In the 2001 /02 season he was loaned out to FC Lorient and returned after the conclusion of the season back to his original club. After another season at Guingamp he was awarded again for the season 2003/ 04, this time at ES Wasquehal. Here he remained only a year and was rented for the 2004/ 05 season, again to FC Lorient. From 2005 until the summer of 2012, he was continuously in the squad of EA Guingamp. 9 May 2009 Gauclin won with his club in the French Cup final against Stade Rennes. While Gauclin was used in the Cup, Stéphane Trévisan was preferred in the league.

After five years since his reserve at Guingamp, Gauclin moved in summer 2010 to Vannes OC. He played in the 2010/2011 season in 34 games and went with the team in the National ( D3 ) from. In his second season in Vannes, he played in 31 games and missed the direct ascent again. After Vannes missed the resurgence, he left his club and was Unemployed.

On December 29, 2012, he moved to six months without a club for RC Strasbourg.
