Mill Obermöller

The mill Obermöller in Habighorst ( to Ennigloh ) is a Wasserrmühlenruine on Habig Horster Bach. the mill site was first mentioned in 1745, the oil mill building built in 1868. There is a double mill plant: Right of the creek the grain, left the oil mill. Both grinders have been driven by a water wheel. The oil mill was shut down in 1945, the flour mill in 1960. The double mill has the last original preserving pan mill in the district of Herford. Your state of preservation but overall very poor. The mill pond is largely silted up.
