Hädderbach

The Hädderbach is about five kilometers long tributary of the Schwarza and the upper Hainersdorf Bach. It rises west of the Barigauer height ( 665 m) and flows in the valley between mountain goats (460 m) and Elmischer mountain ( 529 m) in northern direction before it joins near the village railway station seat left in the Schwarza. In Hädderbach gold panning is possible. In the lower part of the stream, a gold-bearing gravel stock is cut. Here is a nugget with a mass of 5.23 g found in 1999.
