Hague Evidence Convention

The Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil and Commercial Matters (in short " Hague Evidence Convention " ) ( OMM ), is a multilateral international agreement, which was concluded in The Hague on 18 March 1970 by the Members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law. The Convention allows, to a certain extent, courts or authorities of the Convention states in other Convention States to seek legal assistance.
