Location and description

The Hahnerberger Siepen rises in around 285 m above sea level. NN on the southeastern slope of the mountain in Hahner Cronenberger district Hahner mountain. The creek flows in a southerly direction in a wooded Mulde and ends after crossing a lined with paving stones in a ford located on private land, fallow grassland at 254 m above sea level. NN in the Hahnerberger Bach.

The narrow floodplain is shaded by a Erlensaum, which left a maple forest and right, a beech - old timber stock is connected. At times of low rainfall Siepen in the upper area dries out, the reason for this is probably to be found in the groundwater extraction at the source. On removal, the house and the yard of gel are involved, the water line runs to the right side parallel to the Siepen. In an overflow is but partially reproduced water back to the Hahnerberger Siepen.
