Haizhou District, Fuxin

The municipality Haizhou (海 州 区) is a municipality in China, belongs to the administrative territory of the District Outdoor Fuxin City in northeast China's Liaoning Province. It has an area of 97 km ² and has 280,000 inhabitants ( 2004).
