Halavs guitarfish ( Glaucostegus halavi ( Syn: Rhinobatos halavi ) ) lives in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Oman from the water surface to depths of 40 meters. Deposits east of Oman are uncertain and require confirmation. Through the Suez Canal, the animals have migrated into the Mediterranean ( Lessepssche migration).

Features
