Halfdan Cleve
Halfdan Cleve ( October 5, 1879 in Kongsberg, † April 6, 1951 in Oslo) was a Norwegian composer.
He studied since 1895 in Christiania at Otto Winter - Hjelm and since 1898 in Berlin with Philipp and Xavier Scharwenka and lived from 1909 as a pianist and music teacher in Oslo.
He composed five piano concertos, a violin sonata, works for chorus and orchestra and numerous piano pieces.
