Hallands Väderö

Halland Väderö is an island off torekov in southern Sweden. The island, which is since 1958, nature reserve, is particularly known as a destination for nature and bird lovers. There is the possibility to observe a colony of seals at close range. In addition, there is a small nature museum.

The various habitats of this island offer a variety of animal and plant species, and different landscapes such as sandy beaches and cliffs, alder swamps and white anemone carpets in the old deciduous forest, barren rattle stone fields and meadows.
